Leaked Nokia Lumia 630 Press Render Is A Rainbow Of Colors

Well, almost, if you take out the black and white models and slide in the red and blue. Anyway, it seems that Nokia is following the iPhone 5C philosophy here for its new midrange handsets.

The upcoming smartphone comes in a full splash of color — not a bad move. At all.

And although the Finnish company held back from announcing its Windows Phone 8.1 plans, and new Windows Phone powered handsets at MWC 2014, rumors about what is next in the Lumia lineup have started to float up just one week after the event.

Famed leaker evleaks has published a new press render that does a good job of showing the front and back of the smartphone in various colors — green, orange, yellow, black and white.

But since the device is following in the footsteps of the Lumia 620 and 625, it is reasonable not to expect any impressive hardware advancements. This is a midrange smartphone through and through.

According to previously leaked information, the Lumia 630 might sport a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display with a 1.7GHz dual-core processor. Expected memory and storage option include a clean 1GB of memory to go with 8GB of internal storage.

But microSD card support for up to 64GB capacities should ease up these concerns. Not as easily eased are the camera anxieties, with an 8 megapixel front shooter that lacks an LED flash.

Anyway, these are all rumors for now, and we should find out just how accurate they are next month.
