A mouthful of an app name, but a very neatly designed application. And highly useful to, for those of you that want to get in (or stay in) shape. 100 Push Ups is one of the better fitness apps available on the Windows Store.
As the name gives away, the idea behind this app is to train you to do 100 consecutive pushups. Never an easy feat, but a great milestone for those that want to build muscular strength and lose weight.

This free app makes you go through a weekly training program that helps you gradually increase the number of pushups that you can do. The science behind increases strength so that you can do more pushups without having to take breaks in between.
A six week training program is included, perfectly reasonable, not to short, not too long.
The application is Metro through and through, and comes with achievements and statistics to show the progress you make while exercising. You also get ARM support. Arm support, ha!
