It seems that there is a new patch/fix to see a more enhanced version of the ribbon interface that was discovered in Windows 8 build 7955.

If you remember, the ribbon interface didnt really seem that sexy up close with splotchy orange circles on the interface.

Well, some of the newer images look like it may be heading in the right direction.
