Also demoed in Windows 8.1 is  new flexibility to snap multiple open windows into the same screen. Also removed is the restrictions about thirds or 50% etc Julie opened up 3 windows and was able to change sizes seamlessly.

Cool feature demoed at BUILD 2013. You’ll be able to answer Skype calls from your computers lock screen even if you aren’t logged in. They just did the demo and it was pretty cool. The first useful thing that stood out for me.
