I think this may be the first Windows RT tablet that the world has had a chance to look at.

Qualcomm showed a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Liquid Development Tablet at Computex 2012 in Taipei.

The good folks at the Verge took it for a little ride. Qualcomm in the spirit of full disclosure have said it’s not quite ready yet but this is a good indication of where Microsoft and Windows RT is going.
