It looks like smartphone and tablet manufacturer HTC is working on a Windows 8 based tablet.

The HTC Windows 8 Tablet is expected to come with a Qualcomm processor, although there are no actual details on which version as yet.

The above image is a mock up of what a Windows 8 tablet from HTC may look like and is not an actual HTC Device.

Based on the questions that IntoMobile threw at him, tech journalist Eldar Murtazin revealed that HTC has plans on making not only an Intel-powered Android tablet, but also a Windows 8 tablet that will be running on Qualcomm hardware.

Of course, we have to take all of this with a grain of salt.
