Microsoft have (indirectly) revealed what some of the final pricing of Windows 8 will be – in particular Windows 8 Pro.

If you head on over to the Microsoft Licensing Advisor as part of their Volume Licensing, you can actually select Windows 8 Pro as one of the products.

Once you select the Microsoft Open License program and then select a single license-only copy of Windows 8 Pro, it generates a price of $188.

It’s important to remember that this is Volume Licensing and not consumer pricing.
