I saw this graphic on the web last night and it was taken from a screenshot of the Microsoft Surface.

What caught my eye was the level of detail that the tiles are being refined to.

If Windows 8 RTM and Windows RT RTM look just as good, Windows 8 might not be panned as hard as we expect.

I hope that the Microsoft team is doingbthe full court press on the graphic end of this thing.

    What detail are you talking about? I don’t see any change in the tiles from the release preview I am using. The flower is the desktop wallpaper. The tile shows whatever wallpaper the desktop is set to. So wha’s new or different?
