A buggy version of the Skype app for Windows 8 recently leaked unto the web.

You probably remember that Skype was acquired by Microsoft a while ago but hasn’t really been heard from since (at least re: Windows 8).

It’s pretty important that this gets done right since Apple have a powerful video conferencing competitor in Facetime.

Winbeta.org made a video showing some of some of the new features in Skype for Windows 8.
