The head of Nokia France seems to have slipped up a little.

He spoke to French Newspaper LesEchos and seemed to be very free with a lot of interesting albeit controversial information.

Discussing Nokia’s upcoming Lumina Phones, he compares the Lumia 800 to a BMW 5 Series, noting that Nokia will have a 7 Series and a 3 Series to go compliment it.

The 7 Series reference is likely the Nokia “ace” handset that has leaked several times over the past few months. The 3 Series is a reference to Nokia’s Lumia 710 device, a mid-range handset.

The real shocker (as far as I am concerned) was the fact that he said that in June 2012, Nokia will have a tablet running Windows 8 . This of course also gives a potential ship date for Windows 8, which is widely expected to appear only in fall 2012.

Interesting.
