New Nokia devices are pretty much a guarantee to hit the store shelves in the next couple of months as we approach the end of the year. And now we have some more information about the recently rumored Lumia 929.

It was only at the very start of last week that we got our first details about the Verizon exclusive smartphone, and now it appears that the smartphone will come to the network in early November — November 6 to be exact.

WPCentral is reporting that Verizon will start offering the Lumia 929 soon after it is announced at the Nokia World 2013 event, which itself is set to take place on October 22.

According to sources, the startling Windows Phone handset will be available for purchase for only $500 outright — considerably lower than the earlier reported price of $600. Initially, it will only be available in either black or white color options.

However, evleaks reports that a red version will also be released by Verizon.

Full specifications of the Nokia Lumia 929 are yet to arrive, though this much is sure that this smartphone will be smaller than the phablet the company is preparing to launch. So instead of the 6-inch screen of the Lumia 1520, the Lumia 929 will probably make do with a 5-inch display.

Nevertheless, the Lumia 929 is shaping up to be a great successor to the popular Lumia 928, and we should have more details on the smartphone as we approach Nokia World event.
