  1. Some are an okay mock-up. Other shows neat, nice-to-have features, like grouping tiles. And the some, they are just plain old ugly! There, I said it! Eewww! I am foremost talking about the first HTC one. That is, ugh; it is the total opposite of the Metro design language. The distracting gradient and the horrific HTC’s gingerbread sense UI makes me glad MS won’t do anything even close to that. Metro UI looks great when it is “Digitally authentic”, and not mimicking glass, like Vista, Rubber, like XP, leather, wood, and steal, like iOS/OSX.

    these are the most uneducated concepts i’ve ever seen. horrendously out of sync with the Windows Phone platform vision.
