Sony appear to be the next contender ready to release Windows 8 hardware soon.

Pocketnow has learned that the Japanese company has a Windows 8-ready VAIO hybrid with an 11-inch display in the works.

It’seems to have a unique design that allows it to convert into a slate tablet and then into a keyboard laptop when needed. It will also have a stylus interface that will enable handwriting as well as a touch enabled screen.

It’s not clear whether Sony is looking to announce this at IFA this week but what’s sure is that this fall will have a lot of exciting.
