A near feature complete version of Windows 8.1 appears to have leaked onto the Interwebs.

The Build , dubbed 9471 has leaked onto the internet just days before the official RTM is expected to be announced.

As someone who covered all Windows 8 leaks pretty extensively, I have to say there’s a “meh” feeling about this BUILD.

Not quite the same excitement and anticipation there was during the lead up to Windows 8.

As always, we recommend you stay the heck away from torrents and/or leaks of this new build and simply wait for the final version to be released.

It can’t be too long now.
