This is another video from Microsoft in the developing for Metro in Windows 8 series.

In Metro, developers and designers have opportunities that haven’t been seen in a Microsoft Operating System in quite a long time.

They get a lot of flexibility when it comes to development from a user interface perspective – how the site will look and development from a behavioral perspective – how the app will behave.

C++ will be one of the tools in a developers arsenal in Windows 8.

Microsoft employees Joanna Mason and Vikas Bhatia gave this presentation for the BUILD conference in September.

Any developers curious about C++ use and Visual Studio 11 in Windows 8 should watch this.
