Windows 8 offers an option of pinning all the administrative tools on your start screen, just with a few clicks.

These administrative tools are very useful for the power as well as general user.

Wondering how to do this? Well, the process is fairly easy and simple. In this post I will provide a quick tutorial for that.

First of all, bring up the charms bar by taking the cursor to the upper right corner on the start screen. Then select the settings charm.

Here you will get an option named “Tiles”. Select that option.

Then you will be greeted with a new menu which will have an option to Show the administrative tools which will have a slider. The slider will be on the off mode by default.

All you need to do is to slide the slider towards right and the option will turn on. In a moment the administrative tools will appear on your start screen.

It just creates too many tiles in the Start screen. Is there a way to create a God Mode icon just like what you could do in Win7 and then pin it to the Start screen? This way, you won’t create too many tiles in the Start screen and could do all admin tasks in one place.
