Microsoft, one of the key figures in the mobile industry, has just introduced to the worldwide market the unveiling of the Windows 7 devices powered by the Windows 7 mobile operating system. To be specific, some of the brand new Windows 7 devices such as Dell Venue Pro, HTC HD7, HTC Surround, LG Quantum, together with Samsung Focus make them debut.

 

Particularly, HTC, which has the Windows 7-powered devices, revealed its latest five smartphones for delivery in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. With the introduction of HTC 7 Surround, HTC 7 Mozart, HTC 7 Trophy, HTC 7 Pro and HTC HD7, HTC strongly believes in the development of this promising operating system.

 

In the U.S mobile market, T-Mobile will be carrying the HTC HD7. Although its official price has not been unveiled, it is anticipated to be launched in mid-November this year. In terms of its specifications, this model comes with a 4.3 inch touchscreen display, known as the largest screen for a Windows mobile device in the US, along with a 1GHz processor, 16GB in storage, and 5-megapixel camera as well.

 

The HD7 slightly takes after the HTC Evo 4G along with HTC HD 2 in terms of its exterior design

 

HTC 7 Trophy, one of the Windows Phone 7 smartphones, is equipped with available Xbox LIVE, a WVGA 3.8 inches touchscreen display supported by SRS WOW HD volume, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 8GB storage, 576MB of RAM and 720p video recording, 5 megapixel camera.

 

HTC 7 Trophy goes on sale at a retail price of $ 798 and is made available with different wireless carriers from November in the U.S

 

HTC 7 Mozart includes a 1GHz processor, a 3.7-inch display with sharp 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Besides, the 7 Mozart covers itself with a beautiful design with a chic back cover made of an aluminum finish. In addition, the back of the phone is designed with 8 megapixel camera with a true Xenon flash.

 

The HTC 7 Mozart has not been announced for a U.S. carrier yet

 

HTC 7 Surround features slide-out surround speakers, a 3.8-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz Snapdragon chip, 576MB of RAM, 5 megapixel camera with 720p video, and Dolby Mobile, as well as SRS Surround Sound technologies.

The HTC 7 Pro features a 3.6-inch WVGA display, 576MB of RAM, and a 5 mega-pixel camera with 720p video recording, a 16GB built-in memory, and, of course, a QWERTY keyboard which seems ideal for fans of texting.

 

Similar to many of the other smartphones introduced, the 7 Pro is also equipped with a 1GHz Snapdragon processor
