Windows Phone 8.1 and Wordflow character recognition is CRAZY good!

The demo showed Joe spazzing all over his phone keyboard like a madman and the phone picking up 95% of what he was typing.

In addition, Microsoft apparently has the world record for phone speed typing.

Also very impressive.

I can’t believe I am so impressed by Windows Phone. Making me a believer slowly – now if they can just make a sexy looking phone.

🙁

  1. Slowly huh?

    • I can’t blame him. They have some things to prove before I fully buy in. I also have to agree that the physical aspect of the phones could look better.

      • It’s not like Android phones have always been good looking, and I never understand what was so impressive about the look of the iPhone

  2. The best way to make people realize you have something good is to show them. This demonstration was obviously smart since it was a success. This will go over well. As we all know, when it comes to technology, the faster the better.

  3. 95% is really impressive, especially considering the speed. Color me impressed and count me as a believer now as well, Onuora.
