Microsoft seem to be hard at work developing the next version of Windows Phone 8 (codename Apollo).

Just this month, Apollo has started showing up on web browsers across the globe. It’s pretty safe to assume that this reflects Microsoft test devices coming online during development work.

Here are the stats from Hitlinks and they show the following:

  • Windows Phone OS 7.5:   82.62%
  • Windows Phone OS 7.0:   17.22%
  • Windows Phone OS 8.0:   0.15%

Good to see Apollo is coming…
