People used to complain about the lack of variety with Microsoft’s mobile platform. But now you can get yourself a Harley Davidson Windows Phone handset that stands out.
For just €250, or rather $325.
Italian hardware vendor, NGM (New Generation Mobile) have teamed up with renowned motorcycle manufacturer Harley Davidson to offer Windows Phone fans a new creation. We don’t exactly know the name of the smartphone yet, but it does have visible Harley Davidson branding on both sides.
Front and back, that is.
The phone was shown at IFA 2014, and will ship with Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box. It is set to be available in Europe initially, but launches in other markets are also planned.
And although the device sounds midrange, it does offer a lot of features starting with the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, a 5-inch IPS LCD with a 720p resolution, 1GB of RAM to go with 16GB of internal memory.
No idea on a microSD card slot, though, but chances are, one is available.
You also get an 8 megapixel camera on the back with LED flash and video recording, along with a secondary camera on the front for video calling and, well, selfies.
Now can we get a Ferrari branded Windows Phone? Or maybe even Lamborghini?
